If you are a someone who prefers more natural meats then make sure to put this shop on your list; their meats are cured without chemicals to help preserve flavor. Rated as "The Crown Jewel of Klamath Falls"; their store is slightly out of town but is easily accessible via the Klamath Falls-Malin Hwy and is well worth the trip!
